I am new to 3DEXPERIENCE and recently purchased the 3DEXPERIENCE CATIA Student version to learn and gain experience with Catia Magic. After completing the purchase, I am unable to properly launch or access the applications.
Here are the steps I have tried so far:
- Logged into the 3DEXPERIENCE dashboard following online tutorials.
- Attempted to access system engineering tools, but none appear available in the dashboard.
- Tried adding “Part Design” to my favorites, but when I attempt to open it, I receive the error message: “Unable to retrieve install data”.
- Downloaded and installed “CATIA Magic Reader - No Magic 2024x Refresh3 - AllOS” from the software download site.
- Unsure how to connect or apply the license file to the installation.
