Is it normal that the 3DX native app requests an hotfix update, but the 3DX web-platform doesn't give me the option (yet) to update?

Lately I've been noticed that even though i.e. the Part Design native app notifies me of a hotfix update, I don't get the option to update when clicking the arrow in the app list.

I know it is not necessary to update right away, but it's kind of a hassle to get the "Get Update" notification even though the update isn't available on the platform yet.

(By the way, the release date of this hotfix was supposed to be yesterday according to the logs. Is this delay usual?)
