I bought the 3DEXPERIENCE CATIA for Students - Back to School subscription.

Now when i am going on my dashboard - subscriptions - "download icon" - "downloadInvoice", it brings me to a website, that is not reachable. Is there another way, to get the invoice, I need it for tax reasons.
