I have been unable to install solidworks since purchasing. Ive had numerous issues but my current issue is that when I launch the install I receive a window saying "a windows reboot is pending from a previous installation.." and so on. I have restarted my computer and cleared any old versions of solidworks and I still cant get it to work. If i continue despite this warning I then run into an bad directory/file swdata1 missing at the modify downloads section. I have tried to contact support via form and phone and I am disappointed with the difficulty it is to find someone to help me with these issues or get a response.
