I've been trying to download solidworks per the instruction in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_UF66YchwC0

However, once I finish installing the launcher and click "Continue", the website prompts me to download it again instead of downloading the Solidworks app. I checked that the app is running in the system tray and it seems to be fine. Running diagnostics turns up nothing either.
