Installation

Dear Dassault Systèmes Edu Support,

I purchased a 3DEXPERIENCE student license from your EDU Store. The order (ORD**********) shows as "Delivered", but I have not received access to the software.

I have logged into 3DEXPERIENCE with the email used for purchase, but no apps or roles are visible. I also did not receive any invitation to join a collaborative platform.

Could you please help me activate the license or resend the invitation?
