I'm trying to install solidworks 2024 on my laptop where I had solidworks 2022.

I have a student licence.

First I had problem to unistall the 2022 version.

Nothing helped so in the end I follow the support help (Customer's Internal Reference: SRSW1721247382) to remove manually all the files and the windows registry  entries.

Now I started the installation but after that I provided my licence, it just stand on Connecting to SOLIDWORKS... (detecting client installation ) and never go forwars to start the real installation.

What should i do now to proceed?
