My customer reference number is 200000000026411.

I am a professor at Viçosa Federal University, Brazil. We received fifty licenses of CATIASTUDENT but when my student tried to install the software today, he was not able to run the program. The attached image appeared after he clicked the link to open the software.

During the process of installation, he was not asked to enter the SERIAL NUMBER. Also, the installation process did not create the folder to copy the files suggested in the installation guide (C:\\ProgramData\\DassaultSystemes\\Licenses folder).

Please, could you give some tips to resolve this issue?
