Hello, I need help installing the new version. Here is what I've done so far.
- I did uninstall SW 2022 via Windows/Settings/Apps/ (selected SW2022) and uninstall.
- Reboot my PC
- Downloaded SW 2024 / entered a new key assigned to me by the school / Installed and failed, giving me the following error:
4. Consult with my Instructor to verify if the key works for SW 2024 and confirm the key, which is all supposed to work.
5. I went to My Solidworks and registered the new key, and got a green check mark indicating it was accepted.
6. Uninstalled again the SW2024, and download it again indicating that I do have a key.
7. Extracted all the files and installed SW2024 / entered the new key and still got the same error message.
NOTE: I did have SW2022 on 2 computers, well now in just one since I am having issues installing it on my second one, What should I do?
