Fiz o pagamento, não descontou de conta alguma, nem mesmo caiu na minha fatura, porém recebi o email de pagamento efetuado, recebi todas as indicações e fui fazendo passo a passo, quando solicitei o dowload, não consegui baixar de nenhuma forma, agora não sei o que faço, já tentei várias vezes fazer um novo pagamento mas não consigo efetuar. Aguardo ajuda.
Eu preencho os dados e logo após aparece essa página, onde clico em aceitar e continuar e ele volta para página anterior e acabo não recebendo o arquivo no meu Notebook para acesso.
