I am a postgraduate student currently studying in Australia. As part of my Master of Management for Engineers program at Central Queensland University, I am enrolled in a work-based internship, which is a formal academic requirement of my degree.
The host company I am interning with requires me to use SOLIDWORKS for their ongoing projects. As I am still a student undertaking this internship as an academic module, I would like to know whether I am eligible to use the SOLIDWORKS Student Version for this purpose.
Could you please clarify:
- If the Student Version is suitable for academic internships that are part of a university program?
- If there are any limitations I should be aware of when using the Student Version in this context?
- Or if you would recommend a different version of SOLIDWORKS for my situation?
