Greetings community,
Recently I have purchased the student-centered "3DExperience Engineer" annual plan in order to work on an applied-physics project. The package-covenanted access to learning modules embedded in the DS-Eduspace platform seems, however, restricted and prohibits me from accessing the educational modules included in the purchase. A Popup "Content is not accessible to you, Kindly contact your admin." shows on every attempt of opening content, even when directly redirected from my 3DExperience dashboard and logged in. As I purchased an individual student license, an "admin account" to govern my distribution technically shouldn't exist. An inquiry per support ticket was not possible due to repeated issues with the contact form on both Mac, and Windows machines as well as from different networks.
The inaccessible resources include:
- "Explore the Mechanical Designer Role"
- "3DEXPERIENCE Mechanical Designer [hands-on] for Students - Associate"
- "Practice SIMULIA Linear Structural Validation"
- "3DEXPERIENCE Structural Designer for Students - Associate"
- "Explore the NC Prismatic Machine Programmer Role"
"3DEXPERIENCE NC Prismatic Machine Programmer for Students - Associate
I would be very thankful if you could help me resolve this odd inaccessibility problem. A screenshot of the message is attached below.
With Best Regards
UPDATE: The Dassault Systemes team internally resolved this issue after getting into touch with me directly. I suggest that everyone experiencing this issue should open an individual community post stating the occurrence of the problem. As far as I'm concerned, there's no user-side solution and the team should be informed. You might as well just link to this post within your statement if the issue is identical, as I think it explains it cohesively already.
