I recently used the following URL: https://www.solidworks.com/product/students to access several online resources, such as the CSWA certification exam. My subscription is already confirmed. However, when I visit the 3D Edu website, I can't take my CSWA certification exam, even though my subscription included this service.
What should I do to resolve this issue?
