I still cannot install your program.  I even bought it again with a different email just to make sure.  I need a person, not a PDF.  This is serious now.  I had to have Dell Pro Support remote in to try and fix everything that the download did that destroyed my Precision Desktop.  I'm telling you, the downloads have wrecked my system.  It's not memory, CPU, Cloud Storage.  It's a bad problem.  I'm installing on a 14700K Vpro with windows 11 Pro, 4000 ada pro card.  Not the machine.  Now I have bought it twice.  It just won't work.  I have no idea why, and an automated response will not fix the problem.  I NEED a person.
