Hi, I bought the 3DEXPERIENCE Engineer for Students subscription but can't access any of the content. When I try to access the "Download 3DEXPERIENCE" section on "My Journey" I get a message saying "You don't have access to this content". In Eduspace I can't access the content of the subscription either. I submited a request form and was told to post here some screenshots/videos here to get some assistance.
