I am unable to run the software, can someone help me with it.

After Installing the 3ds Launcher and HotFix. When I launch the software I am getting an Error Message saying

"Connection to Provider PLM1

Connection to Server failed,

Connection parameters used to connect to server are wrong or server is unavailable:

check port/rootURI/etc...:

the application will exit (please contact your administrator)"
