I am a student and lecturer at my university and have to change my 2018/19 licence to a 2019/20 licence supplied by my university. I have completely uninstalled all of my past software and have put in the new serial number. When I get to the summary stage it tells me that there are issues with the SQL Server and password. These have been auto generated and I don't know how to replace them. How can I proceed?
