I want to buy the catia v5 student version. As soon as I click on checkout a popup with "review student status" apears. There I have to fill in my full name, E-mail (I've choosen the one of my University), date of birth, and name of my University.

The problem is I can't click on send! 

I would be happy if someone could help me out.
