How to make kinematic simulation with path and stops?

Dear members,

I have a mechanism that works with next commands: 2 translations over X and Y axes, and rotation around Z axis.

How can i create kinematics scenario simulation where I can input the command values of translation and rotation for each step of the movement that needs to be simulated?
Or in other words, i need to be able to tell the moving part: go there and stay for 10 seconds, then go there and stay 10 seconds, then repeat.

Which excitements should I use to create this kinematics simulation?
