I have a model with two parts. An outer sheet metal part is the base with an inner part to hold fans. The inner part has clearance of 0.015". I'm using PEM self-clinching nuts and #10-32 screws to fasten the parts. Each gap of the inner part has a local contact interaction for unlimited size. There is a local contact interaction for each side of the inner part being fastened to the outer.
From my research on the warning, a gap is a common issue. I thought the use of local interactions to close the gap would suffice, but the warning remains. How do I go about solving this?
