I'm part of an FSAE team and I'm trying to add new members to our dashboard so we can share files with each other. When we first got the sponsorship I had an excel spreadsheet with some members on it, but I'm not trying to add new members to the dashboard that weren't in the original excel sheet.

The new members don't show up when I search their name and try to add them to the dashboard even after they verified their email and logged into 3dexperience. Is there a separate way of adding them to the edu dashboard? Or do I need to fill out another excel sheet with their IDs?
