Dear Support,
we are working with 3DExperience + SolidWorks for our new Racing Team since a few months but never managed to find the Collaborative Space Control Center to adjust some changes to our collaborative space. For instance it seams that only primary revisions are activated, however we would like to also work with secondary revisions - this needs to be activated in the collaborative space control center according to our information.
Additionally we would like to work with SolidWorks Toolbox Parts, however we can't save this kind of parts as it says we don't have access to this kind of collaborative space and therefore always had to change the part's property to standard part before saving to 3DExperience.
Are we (me and our second keyuser) missing any roles to access the Collaborative Space Control Center?
FYI: I created our collaborative space myself and therefore, I am the owner.
Furthermore, what's the best way to quickly contact the 3DExperience & SolidWorks Support for future topics?
