Hi Please see attached video

this started happening when I installed the latest graphics driver, but then I also rolled back the driver when I noticed the issue and tried a few different drivers and even a studio certified driver from months ago and the issue is the same. I finally reinstalled solidworks and the issue is still here. Now Im thinking I accidentally clicked something in soliworks that enabled this? Please help.

Specs: i7 9700k, rtx 2080, 64 gb ram
