I am trying to access the Conformal Cooling add-in through my university's license. When I reach the tool screen, I cannot see the add-in as you can see in Attachment 1. The same situation applies to the add-in manager (Attachment 2).

I researched it especially through Lifecycle and collaboration, which is not in the add-in manager but is seen in tools in my computer.
The problem is that the steps suggested here cannot be applied with my user account. I get a response that I don't have access, but my university says we have the right to access the add-in. How can I solve this issue?
