Hi, I recently bought "3DExerience Solidworks For Students" from https://www.solidworks.com/product/students. I will attach a screenshot of the page I purchased from. I contacted SUPPORT.Students for help accessing Solidworks and was told I need to download Solidworks Connected. When I tried to do this, I got a message telling me I "don't have access to this 3dExperience platform." Does the product I purchased not include Solidworks or am I doing something wrong?
