I've been trying to download the new update for 3DExperience for my role, but, unfortunately, whenever I try to, I'm presented with an error that tells me to uninstall what's in the directory before continuing. My issue is that the error message doesn't tell me what directory the partially installed files are in, and trying to continue the installation also results in an error. I'm sorry for the curt question, but where do I go from this error message? What folders do I need to uninstall so I can update my software?
