Hi Support Team,
I recently updated my 3DEXPERIENCE platform to the R2026x version and I am experiencing a critical user interface rendering issue in the Part Design application.
The buttons and icons in certain toolbars/panels are completely invisible (transparent). However, they are still functional—when I hover my mouse over their empty positions, I can blindly click and select them, but I cannot see what I am selecting.
Interestingly, if I drag any other floating toolbar or window across the invisible bars, the buttons momentarily force-repaint and become visible. I have already tried resetting all customizations, clearing the CATSettings, deleting the "swcefcache/CEFCache" folder, and adjusting local GPU settings, but none of these resolved the issue.
Since I purchased the license directly from your website, I would appreciate your technical guidance or any official Hotfix recommendation to resolve this graphics/UI repaint conflict.
