After 4 days of troubleshooting, I was successfully able to download the native apps to my computer. But today when I tried to access the training/certification, the website is not allowing me through. It says I don't have access and I need to contact the admin (Content is not accessible to you. Kindly contact your admin.).
I checked under the .Members Management' dashboard and confirmed that I am the admin, and I also have all the required roles. Still don't know why I can't access the training.
