Have not received "Get Started" Email

This morning I purchased 3DEXPERIENCE Engineer for Students, and immediately received a purchase confirmation email. However it has now been 8 hours and I haven't received the "Get Started" Email yet. What should I do to expedite the onboarding process? Thanks!
