Hardware not compatible

Hello there!

I am encountering difficulties launching 3DEXPERIENCE from the browser. This problem emerged after I recently updated the software from the 2023 version to the 2024 one. I've been using the software without issues since 2022 with a student account until 2023. Despite attempting to resolve the issue by updating the driver and reinstalling the 3DEXPERIENCE software, the problem persists. Specifically, when attempting to open the app from the browser, the 3DLauncher initiates, but nothing happens after a window appears indicating "3DEXPERIENCE launching."

Upon running the CloudEligibility Checker, it appears that my hardware is not compatible. I've attached the test results here for reference. However when using the previous version of the software I never encountered this issue.

So what should I do and who should I contact to solve the issue? Or do I need to change my laptop completely?
