Hardware not compatible

Hello there!

I am encountering difficulties launching the 3DEXPERIENCE applications from the browser. This problem is recent and emerged after the software update in mid-December. I've been using the software without issues since I began using it with a student account last year. Despite attempting to resolve the issue by updating the driver and reinstalling the 3DEXPERIENCE software, the problem persists. Specifically, when attempting to open the app from the browser, the 3DLauncher initiates, but nothing happens after a window appears indicating "3DEXPERIENCE launching."

Upon running the CloudEligibility Checker, it appears that my hardware may not be compatible, causing this issue. I've attached the test results here for reference. However when using the previous version of the software I never encountered this issue.


So what should I do and who should I contact to solve the issue?
