I am modeling an aircraft in free flight and performing a static analysis. With this simulation focused on free flight, I have added an Inertia load for the entire model along with aerodynamic pressure loads. I would like to consider g loading from turns in flight and planning to add a GRAV load to consider the components of the g loading. The question is, does the Inertia load counteract the GRAV load, or would I be able to see structural stresses because of the turn/maneuver?
