I am having an issue with my licensing through Texas A and M University. I went to use Solidworks after updating from 2022 to 2023 and it will not allow me to transfer my license. Every time I try to renew my license, I get a message for a general activation error 213. Any help would be appreciated. Our university owns the license for 2023. I have deleted the software entirely and redownloaded it after manually removing any trace of Solidworks from my laptop and it did not solve the issue.
