I just purchased an Engineer Student License, and I am unable to install the program on my computer. I am not interested in the cloud or browser version, but it doesn't matter, because following the videos on the Boarding doesn't help me in any way. I was able to download the launcher, but when I try to add Part Design, I receive a message saying 'Unable to retrieve install data'. I tried to contact the support by creating a request, and I got 'Sorry, access denied'.
