Couple days before I got a mail stating that my 3DEXPERIENCE mail has been deactivated. There was an issue with my computer so I gave my computer for repair. That is the reason why I was not able to login to 3DEXPERIENCE platform. I only got to see this deactivation mail today. Even though I am able to login to 3DEXPERIENCE platform . I cannot access vouchers and offers. While accessing its showing that my account is deactivated.
So, I kindly request you reactivate my account. So that I can get connected with 3DEXPERIENCE platform
