I have participated in AAKRUTI 2021 competition.

I have installed SOLIDWORKS Connected from the 3DEXPERIENCE platform on my laptop. While launching the SOLIDWORKS Connected, I get an error message "Failed to get login ticket for (user-id)". Hence I am not able to open and access SOLIDWORKS on my laptop.

Can anyone please help me here at the earliest? Thank you.
