Dear 3DEXPERIENCE Edu Team,
I would like to request some assistance with our student team's access to the 3D Experience platform.
After the recent addition of members to the platform, I added them to the team dashboard and then to the collaborative space. Unfortunately, none of them are able to join the collaborative space, the warning message is: "Error when trying to retrieve the context: Person 'name' is inactive" (as shown below).
Based on the information I found, it should be possible to change this via "Platform Management". But I can't obtain this section for my account.
Can I ask you to make this section available for my account? I would be happy to follow any other advice.
