I previously posted the same problem and was advised to check my network stability. However, after trying on multiple networks and even reinstalling the 3DEXPERIENCE software, the issue remains unresolved.
Since the deadline was approaching, I submitted my design using SOLIDWORKS. But now that the deadline has been extended, I would like to resubmit it using the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, as its Parametric Design Study feature is more effective.
What should I do to resolve this issue?
