Error code trying to update SolidWorks

Hello, 

We're having some issues trying to either update or just open Solidworks again and the error codes, pop ups and 3Dexperience portals seem to all be different. 

One of our team is trying to open a file they're been working on in Solidworks and it comes up with the error code attached (first image). If we click 'Execute anyway' it then goes to an error code 2147467259 'failed to get log in ticket'.
 

I've followed these steps:

  1. Open a new web browser session and open a Private window (Mozilla Firefox ESR), Incognito window (Google Chrome), or InPrivate window (Microsoft Edge Chromium).
  2. Log in to your 3DEXPERIENCE platform.
  3. Open the Compass.
  4. Click the 3DSpace app.
  5. Activate a collaborative space, such as Common Space, by double-clicking it.
    1. If you see more than one platform, click to select a collaborative space from the same platform as your 3DEXPERIENCE SOLIDWORKS role.
    2. If you do not see any collaborative spaces and you cannot create a new collaborative space, contact your platform administrator. After your platform administrator adds you to a collaborative space, proceed to Step 8.
  6. Click the SOLIDWORKS® Connected app within the Compass.


 

And it seems there is a common space, but when trying to open SolidWorks connected app within the compass, it then prompts an update and I get the error code it can't be uninstalled to update with Microsoft apps open. I've closed all microsoft apps but it's a windows microsoft computer so it's hard to tell whats running in the background (again I ended any tasks run by microsoft). (picture attached no.2)
 

Could we please have some help asap as we have some of our team needing to access to app to continue their work.
