I am looking to download the edrawings viewer but have run into an apparent access problem. Selecting the download button brings me to a "403 - Forbidden: Access is denied." page and states "You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied." Unfortunately I do not know if this is a problem with my computer settings or with the edrawings download page.
