I'm trying to install 3DEXPERIENCE Launcher / Part Design. When I click the download button and run the downloaded file and go through the installation process and try to click part design again, the same window pops up even though when I check it's already installed. When I redownload the file and run it again a window pops up that asks if I want to repair or remove the program and when I click repair and choose the option to close the applications, I get an error message that says "unable to automatically close all requested applications". Also I see the 3DX logo in my task manager but when I click it nothing happens and when I tried copying the port and putting that into the troubleshooting 3DX box, it says the port is unreachable. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times and have tried disabling firewall/antivirus. Someone please help me I don't know what else to try
