Hi,

I am writing to inform that I did not receive a serial number for the software download for 3D Experience SolidWorks Student edition. After getting my student status verified, I was able to pay for the license (I made the purchase on the Dassault Systemes website itself (\\\$60/year)) and even received a summary of my order. However, as I went on the downloads page to get my copy of the software, it asked me for a serial number (starting with 9020---). I checked my inbox/spam/junk mail but did not find any serial number. Has anyone faced this issue? Can anyone help me out regarding this?
