I submitted a form at the beginning of September to request access to a new year of 3DEXPERIENCE Sponsorship for Student Teams. (We already had a 2023-2024 3D Experience platform and wanted to request a new one for the 2024-2025 year.) We received the "Getting Started for challenge "SAE Aero Design" - Request ID : 3DS-SPN-42" email telling us that we should receive invitation emails with "Launch Your 3DEXPERIENCE Platform" links to the new platform. However, we still have yet to receive these emails (we checked all spam and social folders and they were not there).
Can you please help us get the invitation emails/links to our new platform?
