I recently purchased the xDesign student license 2 days ago, but I'm having trouble getting into the software. Every time I use the link to the 3DEXPERIENCE launch platform, my access is denied.
I’ve already gone through the official FAQ and tried troubleshooting on my own, but unfortunately, nothing has worked so far.
