Je suis actuellement étudiant en BUT Génie Industriel et Maintenance (GIM) en apprentissage au sein d’une entreprise. Dans le cadre de mon projet de fin d’études, j’ai souscrit à une licence étudiante SOLIDWORKS afin de réaliser des modélisations 3D de pièces dans le but d’améliorer une machine de production.
Cependant, après avoir pris connaissance des conditions d’utilisation de la licence, j’ai constaté qu’il est explicitement interdit :
- d’utiliser le logiciel à des fins commerciales,
- de l’installer sur un ordinateur appartenant à l’entreprise,
- et qu’il doit être installé uniquement sur un ordinateur personnel.
Or, dans le cadre de mon apprentissage, je travaille sur un projet directement lié à l’activité de l’entreprise, bien qu’il s’agisse exclusivement d’un travail académique dans le cadre de ma formation. Je n’ai aucune intention d’utiliser SOLIDWORKS à d’autres fins.
Je souhaite éviter tout problème avec mon entreprise ou avec Dassault Systèmes. Pourriez-vous m’éclairer sur les conditions précises d’utilisation de la licence étudiante dans ce contexte ? Notamment :
- Est-il possible d’utiliser la licence étudiante pour un projet réalisé en entreprise, dès lors qu’il est purement académique ?
- L’installation sur un ordinateur de l’entreprise est-elle tolérée dans ce cadre, ou dois-je impérativement utiliser mon ordinateur personnel ?
