How can I customize the part that opens by default when generating a new part in Catia v6? My team and I want to construct all parts using the same structure, which realistically can only be done with a common template. (the picture is an example of the structure we want to achieve)

I would be grateful for any tips/guides, as I haven't found a solution myself so far.
