CSWA/CSWP Exam Codes Showing Invalid (Student License Purchase – Need Help)

Hello everyone,

I purchased a SOLIDWORKS Student License on 14th November 2024, which included exam vouchers for both the CSWA and CSWP certifications.

Recently, I tried to redeem these codes using the Tangix TesterPRO Client, but they are showing as "invalid."

I believe this may be because the vouchers have expired, as I was unable to use them earlier due to academic workload and project commitments.

I have already contacted the SOLIDWORKS Certification Team via email and attached my invoice as proof of purchase. However, I wanted to ask here as well:

  • Has anyone faced a similar issue with expired exam vouchers?
  • Is it possible to get them reissued or extended?
  • How long does the support team usually take to respond?

Any guidance or suggestions would be really helpful.
