Constraint issue on an epicycloidal gear train in 3DEXPERIENCE

Hello everyone,

I am a final-year engineering student, and I am currently working on 3DEXPERIENCE to design a mechanical system that includes an epicycloidal gear train. I have already modeled the different components:

  • The sun gear
  • The ring gear
  • The three planetary gears

However, I have been struggling for more than two weeks to properly define the constraints between the gear teeth. My goal is that when I rotate the sun gear, the three planetary gears should be correctly driven, respecting the kinematic relationships of an epicycloidal gear train.

I have tried several configurations, but I cannot achieve realistic movement. Does anyone have any advice on the best way to constrain these gears in 3DEXPERIENCE? Should I use a specific type of constraint or a different approach?
