I've received the following error on numerous attempts at downloading SolidWorks on multiple restarts and complete SolidWorks deletions. I received this issue shortly after purchasing my laptop nearly a year ago, and it has persisted since.

After "continuing installation," the Installation Manager encounters a fatal error. The Checking Entitlement and Configuring Toolbox downloads are successful, but the CEF for SOLIDWORKS Applications (installation) is listed as unsuccessful.
