I paid for the cloud based student version of solid Works and have been having issues with getting access to my files in addition to loading my subscriptions on a daily basis. I am wondering if I can transition my cloud base count to a desktop based student account? If not, how can you fix these issues so I can actually access the stuff that I paid for?
